What are the delivery charges and timelines?
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. A flat shipping fee applies to all orders, but we offer free delivery on orders above PKR 3,000.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number on our logistics partner's website to see real-time updates.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled anytime before they are processed for shipping. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.
